Silent Auction Fundraiser

While attending the BCBA convention, be sure to join us for the Silent Auction Fundraiser taking place during the banquet. This is a fun way to show your support for the future of Kentucky’s community banks. The auction raises money for the Charles D. Bennett Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for individuals to attend banking schools and educational programs designed specifically for Community Bankers. We encourage everyone to participate in this valuable event by donating an item to be auctioned, nominating candidates to receive the scholarship, and bidding on items at the auction.

Candidates can be nominated using the online scholarship nomination form.

Donating Items

Donating an item for the Silent Auction Fundraiser is easy, and can be completed in three simple steps:

1) Select a great gift

Food, wine, vacations, and tickets to sporting events are just a few great gift ideas. You can also showcase businesses from your community with a gift package of local cuisine or artwork. 2) Submit the donation form

Complete the Auction Donation Form below before Aug 1st to let us know to expect your gift.

3) Deliver the gift

Bring your gift to the registration desk on the first day of the convention, or have it shipped to:

Auction Donation Form

Please list your name and company as you would like them to appear in the program and on any signage.
